Section 377.1
Disposition versions
377.1. The monthly contribution payable by an adult placed in a foster family under sections 376 and 377 may not exceed the monthly amount determined on the basis of the daily rates payable to foster families as fixed in accordance with the Order in Council* made under section 153 of the Act.
